Online Security ships all orders UPS. All orders are accepted using a valid credit card only.
Due to limitations in our direct order processing methods, Online does not accept Purchase Orders or C.O.D. orders.
To return items, contact us via email using the CONTACT US link from our home page. State the reason for return in your email. If you are returning a defective item, we will provide you with a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA) that should be included with your return in order to track the progress of your service order. If you are returning an item for refund, shipping can not be refunded and Online will charge a 20% restock fee on all unwanted items.
